As your contracted service provider, our company will initially settle the amount of fees for each shipment and will invoice you accordingly.

We thank you for the trust and confidence extended to us by letting us handle your business and assure you of our best attention protecting your interest to the very best of our abilities. We hope for your understanding of the above and rest assured that we should endeavor to serve you better.

For more information about TABS, please see below executive summary of the procedures and guidelines.

Thank you very much.

What is TABS? The Terminal Appointment Booking System (TABS) is an electronic platform to book containers from the major ports of Manila. With TABS implementation, a more organized in-and-out flow of containerized cargoes is expected which will result to a more efficient and productive Philippine supply-chain.

All Freight Forwarders/Truckers are obliged to register a TABS account and load it up with Points before booking containers. One (1) Point is equivalent to one (1) Philippine Peso.

TABS Point Deduction

A corresponding amount of points shall be deducted for every successful booking transaction depending on the day and time of schedule. Freight Forwarders/Truckers are also given a three-hour time slot for every booking. Failure to arrive on time will result to penalty.

For booking transactions, kindly refer to the Zone Demand Matrix for the corresponding Points to be deducted for each transaction schedule:

The Zone Demand Schedule may change depending on the ports’ daily and hourly transaction behavior.

Trucks are considered On Time if they arrive one (1) hour before until one (1) hour after the Gate In slot. A corresponding amount shall also be deducted for Late Arrival and No Show of Truck.

TABS Implementation Procedure

Starting March 1, 2016 (Tuesday), all trucks with confirmed transactions via TABS will be exempted from the Truck Ban along Roxas Boulevard.

– Morning Truck Ban – Trucks are given two (2) hours travel period going to and from the port

– Afternoon Truck Ban – A two and a half (2.5) hours travel period is given going to all trucks going to and from the port

To confirm Truck Ban exemption, simply send the truck’s plate number via text to 29290812 and get an auto reply message with the hours covered with the said exemption. Trucks are encouraged to arrive on time to avoid penalties and delay.
