CUSTOMER ADVISORY IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 (#006-2020)

Non-Issuance of Official Receipts

In compliance with the Luzon-wide Enhanced Community Quarantine to combat the outbreak of COVID-19 in the country, we are actively implementing our response to the current situation in order to continue our service to you. 

As part of this, we would like to advise that there are shipping lines transacting online and are unable to issue original official receipts for the payment of destination charges such as THC, BL Fee, etc. and demurrage or detention charges. With this, we shall generate our billing invoices for shipping line charges and will attach copy of deposit slip as supporting document. The original ORs will be submitted to customers upon issuance of the shipping lines.
