CUSTOMER ADVISORY IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

ROYAL CARGO’S STRICT MEASURES TO COMBAT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19

Since the onset of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), Royal Cargo proactively implemented measures to combat the spread of the virus and protect the safety and health of our employees. Our Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) team with the full support of the management follows strict protocols to keep our employees and staff as well as our workplaces safe from the perils of the pandemic.

Precautionary measures:

  1. Procurement and issuance of personal protective equipment for our workforce
  2. Body temperature checking using thermal scanners
  3. Filling out of Health Check Questionnaire at the entrances of our offices
  4. Foot bath before setting foot inside the office premises.
  5. Regular health advisories regarding Covid-19
  6. Proactive disinfection of all offices and facilities

Social distancing measures:

  1. Presence of 40% or less workforce in the office
  2. Strict implementation of physical distancing (at least 6 feet apart)
  3. Online Customer engagement through digital platforms.
  4. Work from Home arrangement
  5. Shuttle service for employees traveling to work (with limited number of passenger per vehicle)
  6. Health check among delivery personnel before deployment

All guests and employees who will show any kind of symptoms associated with Covid-19 are advised to go on a 14-day quarantine and will not be allowed to enter the office and other facilities.

It has always been the priority of Royal Cargo to provide quality service without compromising the health and safety of our employees and the general public and will remain steadfast most particularly through this challenging time.

With these strict measures in place, we hope to be successful in our desire to flatten the curve and combat the spread of the virus.
