Royal Cargo Vietnam has once again showcased its expertise in project cargo and heavy lift logistics by successfully transporting an oversized exhaust system from Dung Quat, Vietnam, all the way to Greenore, Ireland.
The project involved 65 packages weighing a staggering 715 tons and having a total volume of 5,547 cubic meters. Among the components were huge steel components of various shapes and oversized dimensions, with widths ranging from 4.5 to 5.4 meters and heights reaching up to 5.1 meters. This required meticulous planning and flawless execution to ensure every piece arrived safely and on schedule.
Royal Cargo Vietnam, a member of the Project Cargo Network, handled the entire process, from picking up the cargo at the factory to loading it onto the vessel. The oversized inlet ducts presented significant challenges during the inland transport, and fitting everything onto the ship demanded high precision and expertise. The team worked tirelessly to load and secure everything for two (2) full days, demonstrating Royal Cargo’s efficiency and safety commitment.
