Discontinuation of Advances of Storage, Demurrage, Electrical Charges & Other Incidental Charges

In compliance with the Luzon-wide Enhanced Community Quarantine to combat the outbreak of COVID-19 in the country, we are actively implementing our response to the current situation in order to continue our service to you.  As part of this, we would like to advise that Royal Cargo will carry on with the advancement of standard port and shipping line destination charges, such as wharfage, arrastre, THC. We will, however, discontinue the advancement of incidental charges such as storage, demurrage, detention, electrical charges, and other similar costs.

We will keep you updated on any changes to the current situation. Should you require additional information or have any concerns and/or queries, please feel free to contact your assigned customer service contact.
