Non-Issuance of Official Receipts

In compliance with the Luzon-wide Enhanced Community Quarantine to combat the outbreak of COVID-19 in the country, we are actively implementing our response to the current situation in order to continue our service to you. 

As part of this, we would like to advise that there are shipping lines transacting online and are unable to issue original official receipts for the payment of destination charges such as THC, BL Fee, etc. and demurrage or detention charges. With this, we shall generate our billing invoices for shipping line charges and will attach copy of deposit slip as supporting document. The original ORs will be submitted to customers upon issuance of the shipping lines.

We will keep you updated on any changes to the current situation. Should you require additional information or have any concerns and/or queries, please feel free to contact your assigned customer service contact.

Discontinuation of Advances of Storage, Demurrage, Electrical Charges & Other Incidental Charges

In compliance with the Luzon-wide Enhanced Community Quarantine to combat the outbreak of COVID-19 in the country, we are actively implementing our response to the current situation in order to continue our service to you.  As part of this, we would like to advise that Royal Cargo will carry on with the advancement of standard port and shipping line destination charges, such as wharfage, arrastre, THC. We will, however, discontinue the advancement of incidental charges such as storage, demurrage, detention, electrical charges, and other similar costs.

We will keep you updated on any changes to the current situation. Should you require additional information or have any concerns and/or queries, please feel free to contact your assigned customer service contact.

We truly appreciate your kind understanding while we are in the midst of difficulty. 

In compliance to the national government mandate in the enhanced community quarantine of Luzon region as response to COVID-19, we would like to inform you that we are actively implementing our response to this situation while operating in an environment of considerable uncertainty.

Thus, we would like to ask for your support for the following arrangements;

1.     Billing Invoice Acceptance

  • Acceptance of e-Billing (PDF) and e-POD as supporting document.
  • Billing Statements and attachments will be sent to the registered contacts via email attachment with original copies to be sent via courier to designated addresses.

2.     Payments to Royal Cargo

  • In lieu to check pick-up, we request all Clients to process payment through Online/ Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit to our various Bank accounts. Details may be requested to your Accounts Analyst or via credit&collection@royalcargo.com.
  • Upon payment execution, please send Proof of Payment and Payment/EWT Details via email to your Accounts Analyst or credit&collection@royalcargo.com. Once the payment is confirmed received, respective Receipts will issued as usual and PDF Scan sent via email and Original via Courier to your office.
