In its unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients, Royal Cargo proudly announces the successful attainment of three (3) ISO certifications. The certifications include ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management System. These certifications highlight Royal Cargo’s commitment to maintaining global standards and its mission to stand out as a world-class service provider.
The audit was conducted by TUV Rheinland Philippines, covering ten (10) sites across various business units. The comprehensive audit, held from October 9 to 13, 2023, included process reviews, Occupational Safety and Health assessments, and environmental system checks. The successful completion of this examination demonstrates Royal Cargo’s commitment to excellence in all facets of its operations.
Royal Cargo’s audit results were commendable, with 17 positive observations recognizing noteworthy practices. Furthermore, 69 opportunities for improvement were identified, showcasing Royal Cargo’s commitment to ongoing refinement of its management system. Royal Cargo achieved a significant feat by recording zero non-conformities, leading TUV Rheinland Philippines to affirm that “Royal Cargo has established and maintains an effective system to ensure compliance with its policy and objectives. The audit team confirmed that in line with the audit targets, the organization’s management system complies with, adequately maintains, and implements the requirements of the three (3) standards.” This accomplishment underscores Royal Cargo’s dedication to maintaining high standards and continuous improvement in its operations.
The achievement was made possible through the collective efforts of Royal Cargo’s dedicated team. The Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) departments extend their heartfelt gratitude to the management, business unit heads, and all employees whose significant contributions and unwavering support ensured the success of this endeavor.
