As the first half of 2025 concludes, PT. Royal Cargo Logistics Indonesia is pleased to report on the successful completion of two (2) major projects that underscore the team’s operational capability and strong execution on the ground.

Among the key accomplishments is the completion of the Jetty Extension Project, including the construction of additional structures for Dolphin Jetty Unit 1 at Tarahan Port. This technically demanding assignment involved the transport of 63 large steel pipes—each 48 meters in length and 1.016 meters in diameter—from Ciwandan Port (Krakatau Pipe & Coating—Cilegon) to a private jetty at Tarahan. The scope of work included a 2-month dedicated charter of a 230-foot barge for pipe loading at Ciwanda and a 180-foot barge for crane positioning at the site in Tarahan. The project was executed between late January and late March 2025 and required meticulous coordination among port authorities, engineering teams, and site personnel. Operations were carried out smoothly, strictly adhering to timelines and safety protocols throughout each phase.
Building on this momentum, the team recently concluded the Domestic Transport and Installation of a Power Transformer and its accessories. This involved the specialized handling and movement of the transformer from Cikarang, West Java, to Baros Substation (Serang, West Java). The technical scope includes heavylift transport, installation, vacuum, oil purification, and site acceptance testing (SAT). The successful delivery and installation of this critical equipment emphasize the team’s expertise in managing specialized heavy-lift operations across challenging environments.
